When will my order ship?
Each piece is handmade to order in my Portland, Oregon studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and carrier times.
What are your shipping rates?
  • Standard (4–5 business days, no insurance): $5
  • Standard (2–3 business days, includes insurance): $10
  • Overnight: $30
  • International: $30 flat rate
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of my control. Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing after a few days, email sophie@lorejewelrypdx.com and I’ll help you file a claim if possible.
Are your pieces sterling silver?
Yes — all jewelry is solid .925 sterling silver, handcrafted in small batches. Some pieces feature natural gemstones or freshwater pearls.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
All sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time, but it’s easy to polish back to its original shine. See the Jewelry Care page for simple upkeep tips.
Why does silver tarnish?
Tarnish is a natural chemical reaction that occurs when sterling silver comes into contact with sulfur or oxygen in the air. It doesn’t mean your piece is damaged — just that it’s time for a gentle polish. Tarnish actually forms more quickly in humid environments or when exposed to lotions, perfumes, or salt water. Regular wear and occasional cleaning will keep your silver bright and glowing.
Do you offer custom work?
Occasionally, yes. If you have a vision for a custom piece, reach out through the contact form or email me directly at sophie@lorejewelrypdx.com to discuss availability.
Do you accept returns?
I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.  Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details. 
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so I can make it right.
