Shipping policy

All Lore Jewelry pieces are handcrafted to order in my Portland, Oregon studio.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the method you select at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard (3–5 business days, no insurance): $5
Express (1–2 business days, includes insurance): $15
Overnight: $30

All domestic orders ship via USPS. If you’d like to add signature confirmation or extra insurance, please contact sophie@lorejewelrypdx.com before placing your order.

International Shipping

Flat rate: $30

International orders are shipped via USPS or another comparable carrier and typically arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on customs and destination.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.

Order Issues

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lore Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at sophie@lorejewelrypdx.com with photos and your order number so I can help resolve it quickly.
